Never received order
"I placed an order for a name necklace on 8/27 . Weeks later I was given a tracking number and for days that tracking number only said label printed which means it was never shipped . They made me wait a ridiculous amount of time - 2 weeks before they would reshoot them order . After a week , I followed up , they said I would get notification of shipment … week 2 went by , I followed up and requested a refund . I was told that it had been sent to production and if wanted a refund to let them know so they could stop production but it takes 3 weeks . Well it’s been over 3 weeks …no communication from them. I have requested a refund. This is terrible customer service ."
